How do I create an account?

To setup your account simply follow these steps:


  1.  Click the user icon    at the top of our navigation panel.
  2.  Fill up the Create Account section with your details.
  3.  Create a password and confirm it.
  4.  Click create account now.
  5.  You will receive a confirmation email upon successful account creation.

Is my information secure?

We have gone to great lengths to ensure shopping on bebearabia.com is completely safe. We're proud to have a used SSL encryption to protect your private information the entire time you're on bebearabia.com, whether you're searching for items or completing the checkout process for an order. How do I know if my order is complete?

You'll see a confirmation page after you complete your shopping experience. Then you'll receive a confirmation email detailing the items purchased, estimated ship date and final cost.


To facilitate easy shopping, Bebe Arabia offers various payment method options and they are as follows:

  1. Debit & Credit Cards Visa and MasterCard.
  2. Cash on Delivery


If you don't absolutely love your bebearabia.com purchase, you may exchange non-sale item(s) within 14 days and sale item(s) within 7 days of receipt via our customer support hotline 800 2323823 or Email us at bebearabia@rshme.co.ae . Items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice.


Unfortunately we are unable to offer cash back or Debit/Credit Card refund. However we offer free exchanges in the form of bebe Arabia Gift Cards.


This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, you can exchange your item free of charge - we cover the return shipping fees and issue you credit for the value of the item that you are returning.


 This will give you the opportunity to choose the size that suits you or to order another item of your choice in our online.


For example, if you paid AED 200 for an item, we will send you a bebe Arabia Gift Card/ Credit Note for AED 200 after you’ve returned the item to us.


Please note that final sale items, lingerie and swimwear are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

  • Please ensure to use credit notes and promotional vouchers within the validity period, otherwise it will be unreedemable.
